By purchasing a Document through the Proofbox platform, You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, perpetual license to access, download, and use the Document subject to the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement.

This Agreement is entered into between Proofbox Services FZCO ("Licensor") and the individual or entity purchasing access to the Document ("You" or "Licensee").

You are permitted to:

Download and Store: Download the Document and store it on your personal devices.

Print: Create physical copies for your personal use.

Read and Study: Access and review the Document content without limitation.

Extract Knowledge: Use information, concepts, methods, and ideas contained in the Document for any purpose, including commercial applications.

Cite and Reference: Quote from the Document in your own works, publications, or presentations, provided you give appropriate attribution to the original author.

Implement: Develop products, services, or technologies based on concepts described in the Document.

Internal Sharing: Share the Document within your immediate research team or organization for collaborative purposes, provided no additional copies are sold or distributed beyond your organization.

The following uses are strictly prohibited:

Resale: You may not sell, license, or otherwise commercialize the Document itself.

Public Distribution: You may not make the Document publicly available on file-sharing platforms, websites, repositories, or any other public channels.

Redistribution: You may not redistribute, sublicense, or transfer your license to any third party.

Modification of Protection: You may not remove, disable, or circumvent the eIDAS-qualified electronic seal, timestamp, or any other security features embedded in the Document.

Creation of Derivative Documents: You may not create modified versions of the Document for distribution or sale (note: this does not restrict you from creating your own original works that reference or build upon the ideas in the Document).

All copyright and intellectual property rights in the Document remain with the original author. This license grants you usage rights only and does not transfer ownership.

Each Document is protected by an eIDAS-qualified timestamp and electronic seal. This seal establishes the date and time of publication, verifies the Document's integrity and authenticity, and becomes invalid if the Document is modified.

The seal is provided for your verification purposes. Proofbox makes no guarantee that the timestamp establishes prior art or provides legal protection against patent claims. For legal advice, consult an intellectual property attorney.

When citing or referencing the Document in any publication, presentation, or work, you must provide appropriate attribution including: Author name, Document title, Publication date, and Source: "Proofbox Archive (archive.proofbox.co)".

Access to each Document requires a one-time payment. This fee is non-refundable except as specified in Section 8.

You must create an account on the Platform to purchase Documents. Your account credentials are personal and may not be shared.

Upon successful payment, you receive unlimited download access to the purchased Document through your account. We recommend downloading and securely storing your Document immediately.

Each Document is protected by an eIDAS-qualified electronic seal that ensures the Document has not been altered since publication, the timestamp is verifiable and legally qualified, and the author's identity is authenticated. Any modification to the Document will invalidate the seal and timestamp.

Your downloaded Document may include a digital watermark containing your account email address, purchase date and time, and a unique license identifier. This watermark is for license verification and anti-piracy purposes. Your personal information is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

You are explicitly permitted to use the knowledge, concepts, methods, algorithms, and ideas described in the Document for any commercial purpose, including but not limited to: developing products or services, creating technologies or software, conducting research and development, filing patent applications (subject to applicable patent law and prior art considerations), and integrating concepts into your business operations.

The only restriction is that you may not commercialize the Document itself (i.e., resell or redistribute the PDF file). You may freely commercialize any products, services, or innovations developed using knowledge from the Document.

The Document is provided "AS IS" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to: accuracy, completeness, or reliability of information; fitness for a particular purpose; non-infringement of third-party rights; and merchantability.

The Document does not constitute legal, financial, technical, or professional advice. Proofbox is a technology platform, not a law firm or consulting service. You should consult appropriate professionals before relying on Document content for critical decisions.

While Documents are timestamped to establish publication dates, Proofbox makes no guarantee that the Document establishes valid prior art against patent claims, the timestamp will be recognized in any legal jurisdiction, or the Document content is novel or original. For questions about intellectual property protection, consult a qualified patent attorney.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Proofbox's total liability to you for any claims arising from this Agreement or your use of the Document shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Document (EUR 19.00).

Proofbox shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages; loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities; or costs of procurement of substitute goods or services.

If any third party claims that a Document infringes their intellectual property rights, you agree that Proofbox is not liable for such claims, you will not hold Proofbox responsible for any damages, and any dispute is between you and the Author or third party. Authors are required to represent that they have rights to publish their Documents, but Proofbox cannot verify the accuracy of such representations.

If you are unable to download or access a Document due to technical errors on the Platform, contact hello@proofbox.co within 14 days of purchase. We will either resolve the technical issue or provide a full refund.

Refunds are not provided based on: dissatisfaction with Document content, Document not meeting your expectations, Document information being outdated or incorrect, or changes in your circumstances or needs.

By clicking "Purchase" and immediately downloading the Document, you explicitly agree to immediate performance of the contract and waiver of your statutory withdrawal right under applicable consumer protection laws. This waiver is required for digital content delivered immediately upon purchase.

Your license is perpetual and cannot be revoked by Proofbox except in cases of material breach of this Agreement.

If you materially breach this Agreement (e.g., by reselling Documents), Proofbox may terminate your account, revoke your license to all purchased Documents, and pursue legal remedies for damages.

Upon termination: you must immediately cease all use of the Document, delete all copies from your devices. Sections 2, 6, 7, and 10 survive termination.

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates, specifically the regulations applicable to free zone companies in Dubai, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising from this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

This Agreement, together with our Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy, constitutes the entire agreement between you and Proofbox regarding the Document.

If any provision of this Agreement is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

Proofbox's failure to enforce any right or provision shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.

You may not assign or transfer this license. Proofbox may assign its rights and obligations to any successor entity.

Proofbox reserves the right to modify this Agreement at any time. Changes apply only to Documents purchased after the modification date. Your existing licenses remain under the terms accepted at the time of purchase.

This Agreement is provided in English. In case of conflicts between translated versions, the English version prevails.
